Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

Changed your mind? No worries! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your jewellery. Whether it's not quite your style or you simply had a change of heart, we're happy to help you find something that makes your soul sing.

Return & Exchange Conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

  • Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Ready to start the process? It's as easy as a seaside breeze:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to bling@frankiebleu.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  2. We'll Guide You: Our friendly team will reply with instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Pack It Up: Securely package your jewellery to ensure it reaches us safely.

  4. Ship It Back: Mail the package using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

Looking to swap for something else? We're happy to exchange your item for another piece of equal value. If there's a price difference, we'll sort out the details with you via email.

Damaged or Defective Items

Oh no! If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately:

  • Contact us at bling@frankiebleu.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a description and photos of the issue.

  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

International Returns & Exchanges

For our global adventurers, the same return and exchange policies apply. Please note that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things fair and hygienic, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewellery.

  • Earrings (for pierced ears) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Gift cards.
