We also provide a one-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Q: “What is covered under the one-year warranty?”
Our one-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This includes issues like clasp failures, loose stones, or structural problems due to normal use. Just let us know, and we'll repair or replace your jewellery at no additional cost.
Q: “What's not covered by the warranties?”
While our jewellery is designed to be durable, the warranties don't cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
- Normal wear and tear beyond colour retention.
- Loss or theft (so keep those beauties close!).

Shipping & Returns
Q: “How long will it take to receive my order?”
We ship super quick! Once your order is placed, it'll be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. After that, it typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the country, depending on where you are. We know you're excited to get your pieces, and we're just as eager to get them to you!
Q: “Do you ship internationally?”
Yes, we do! We want Frankie Bleu to spread its sparkle worldwide. International shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we'll get it to you no matter where you are on this beautiful planet.
Q: “What's your return policy?”
If for some reason you're not absolutely in love with your Frankie Bleu piece (we'll try not to take it personally), you've got 30 days to return it. The jewellery must be in its original condition, and we'll take care of the rest. Reach out to us, and we'll guide you through the return process.
Q: “Can I cancel or change my order?”
We process orders super fast, so if you need to make a change or cancellation, shoot us a message ASAP. If we haven't shipped it yet, we'll do our best to make the adjustment. After it's shipped, though, we may need to process a return instead.
